These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of d8ventures.com (the “Site”), operated by D8 Ventures, LLC (“D8 Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about D8 Ventures and its work. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, a commitment to provide services, or professional advice. Descriptions of past work are illustrative and may be generalized to protect client confidentiality.

Any engagement between you and D8 Ventures is governed solely by a separate written agreement. These Terms do not apply to, and are superseded by, any such agreement.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to D8 Ventures and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business reference. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and D8 Ventures regarding the Site.
